Sierra Designs Gnar Skirt
Sierra Designs' darling little down Gnar Skirt has "carved" its way into my winter wardrobe. Designed as an après-ski garment, the curve-hugging Gnar Skirt is also great for on-the-go outings. I wear it on misty mornings when I walk my dog and to impromptu work breaks at my local coffee shop (here in Seattle, we still sit outside in November, so the Gnar Skirt is perfect for insulating me against the chill of the cold Adirondack chairs). The Gnar Skirt a fun fashion piece with jeans or leggings. I love the shape and length, and the hidden front snaps. It's ultra lightweight, so it's easy to wear, and it's not at all puffy so I don't feel like I'm adding bulk to my bum when I wear it. Since I get and stay cold easily, the Gnar skirt has been a fun piece for me for my daily power walks, too. The temps have been dipping into the low 40s, so the 650 goose down fill has done a great job of keeping me warm. There's a hidden pocket inside the skirt for my keys, and a drawstring to cinch for a custom fit. I love this fun skirt, and now there's no need for frosty fear when window shopping at the outdoor mall. I can still wear my cute waist-length jacket and get the coverage of a much longer jacket! This ski bunny is happy to wear the Gnar Skirt on the slopes or off! Click to see my skirt in action. The Gnar Skirt is available for women in sizes XS-XL, in Black, Salmon, Blueberry, Eggplant, Agate, Sangria. (Hurry, colors are selling out fast!) Bottom Line: Don't let the Gnar Skirt's good looks fool you; it's also a great practical addition to any women's winter wardrobe.-- K.K.
